Step into the world of retail and customer interaction!

Our Retail Display Zone gives NDIS participants the chance to experience a real working computer shop environment learning how to present products, communicate with customers, and deliver great service.

This zone blends hands-on retail tasks with role-playing activities, helping participants build confidence, teamwork, and communication skills in a safe and supported space.

Shop Floor Area

The Shop Floor Area is set up just like a real retail space, because it is one! Here is where participants learn by doing.

  • Setting up and maintaining computer displays and accessories
  • Organising shelves and ensuring shop presentation
  • Practising greeting and assisting customers
  • Handling simple customer enquiries and demonstrating products
  • Learning about shop cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards
make it more generic... more for school kids... and not a fancy shop, but a computer warehouse.

Through guided role-play and trainer demonstrations, participants practise realistic retail situations — such as helping a customer choose a computer or explaining product features.
