Welcome to Aussie IT Services – 1:1 Peer Support

Aussie IT Services provides a safe, supportive place for Autistic and other neurodivergent participants—and people with mild physical or mental disabilities—to learn, socialise, and build real-world skills in an actual working computer shop. Our Computer Shop Experience workshop blends industry-led training with hands-on practice each week, covering topics like IT troubleshooting, customer service, teamwork, basic sales & invoicing, and more.

What makes us different:

  • Engaging & motivating: Access our high-spec gaming PCs, the Nintendo BattleZone 8 room, and friendly group activities that build confidence and social connection.
  • Regulation-aware & participant-centred: Calm spaces, predictable routines, and staff who understand sensory needs.
  • Sensory chill area: A quiet zone with iPads, Headphones and sensory tools for breaks and de-escalation.

Who it’s for: NDIS participants seeking confidence, community participation, and job-readiness skills in a low-pressure, positively framed environment. Supports can align with Capacity Building and Core goals (e.g., social & community participation, daily living skills, routine and regulation).

NDIS Pricing Guide

Our pricing follows the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits and is charged at the standard rate for each support category.

NDIS participants can choose to claim our workshops and supports under either Core Supports or Capacity Building, depending on their goals and plan flexibility.
