πŸ’Ό Work Ready Program (SLES)

Building Skills, Confidence & Pathways to Employment

The NDIS Work Ready Program, formerly known as School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES), helps participants develop the skills, confidence, and practical experience needed to move towards meaningful employment, further education, training, volunteering, and greater independence.

Our program focuses on building capacity and developing real-world skills rather than simply finding a job. Participants are supported to explore their strengths, discover career interests, develop workplace skills, and gain practical experience that prepares them for future employment opportunities.

Every participant's journey is unique. That's why our Work Ready Program is tailored to each participant's interests, goals, abilities, and support needs, helping them build a pathway towards a future that is meaningful to them.

Whether you're transitioning from school, preparing for employment, exploring vocational opportunities, or building independence, our Work Ready Program provides practical support every step of the way.

πŸ’¬ What Makes Our Work Ready Program Different

Our program combines practical learning, real-world experiences, workplace skill development, and personalised mentoring in a supportive environment.

Participants don't simply learn about employmentβ€”they actively develop the communication, teamwork, confidence, organisation, and problem-solving skills needed to succeed in the workplace and community.

The focus is on building capacity, confidence, and independence while helping participants prepare for meaningful vocational pathways.

🧠 Program Focus

Career Exploration – discovering strengths, interests, abilities, and future career opportunities.

Workplace Skills – communication, teamwork, customer service, problem-solving, and workplace expectations.
