Laptop Terms & Conditions
We are confident in the quality of our laptops and back them with a 24 Month Return to Base Repair or Replacement Guarantee.
Please note that on laptops the keyboard, charger & battery are considered a ‘consumable’ and will be covered for 90 days only. Over time the battery will loose charge and if dust, dirt or other foreign objects make their way into the keyboard some keys may become less responsive or fail. Power events or incorrect treatment can cause the charger to no longer work.
If a battery, keyboard or charger fault occurs outside the 90 days and within 24 months from initial purchase we will waive any labour cost and simply on charge our cost price for a replacement part. This is usually between $20 – $100 depending on the part required.
